Attention:
- APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with an PO box address.
- For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, there will be a little bit shipping fee.
- Package to Canada may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up.

We will send you a confirmation email with the exact order number shortly after your order is placed.
Tips for shipping
- We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
- Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
- Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of shipment to US, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience.
