Attention:

  1. APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted. We will refund you the shipping fee if you pay additional fee with an PO box address.
  2. For Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands, there will be a little bit shipping fee.
  3. Package to Canada may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up.

We will send you a confirmation email with the exact order number shortly after your order is placed.

 Tips for shipping

  1. We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
  2. Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
  3. Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in US Facility. Kindly allow 2-3 days of shipment to US, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience.
